Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is core to our business: we help Medicaid members who face language, literacy, and disability barriers understand their coverage. We hold our own site to the same standard.

Conformance target

This website is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, consistent with Section 508 expectations and the ADA Title II web-accessibility standard that took effect April 24, 2026.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark and logical heading order
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus indicators throughout
  • Color contrast meeting or exceeding WCAG AA ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content; decorative elements hidden from assistive technology
  • Responsive layout that reflows to small screens without loss of content or function
  • Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels and live-region result announcements

Member-facing deliverables

For client engagements we provide accessible, plain-language, multilingual member communications and can produce a VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for any software or portal we deliver.
