Privacy Notice
This site is built for two audiences — health-plan, prime, and agency buyers, and Medicaid members using our free tools. Here is exactly what information this website handles for each, in plain language.
The short version
- Our free member tools (the "Am I exempt?" assistant, the calculator, and the notice-pack builder) run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not saved or sent anywhere unless you choose to submit a form.
- We only receive personal information you type into a form and submit — typically your name, email, organization, and message.
- Never submit health information through this website. This site is not a system of record and is not intended to collect protected health information (PHI).
- We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers.
What our forms collect and where it goes
When you submit a contact, download, or newsletter form, the information you entered (such as name, email, organization, and your message or tool inputs, if you chose to include them) is emailed to our team through our email provider (Microsoft 365) and retained as ordinary business correspondence. We use it to respond to you and, if you asked for materials or updates, to send them. Every email we send includes a way to tell us to stop.
Free member tools
The "Am I exempt?" assistant, the coverage-loss calculator, and the notice-pack builder do their work locally on your device. Nothing you select or type in those tools is transmitted to us unless you submit an optional form on that page. The exemption assistant is educational screening only — it does not create an account, a record, or a determination, and only your state Medicaid agency can decide your eligibility or exemption status.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate region, device type) so we can improve the site. Clarity also produces session replays and heatmaps of how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, cursor movement); typed input is masked by default. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers. You can limit them with your browser's privacy controls, private browsing, or content-blocking extensions, and the site works fully with them blocked.
Service providers
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare serverless function and delivered via Microsoft 365. Analytics are provided by Google and Microsoft. Each provider processes limited technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver its service.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the contact information you submitted, or to stop contacting you — use the contact form and we will honor the request. Where your state privacy law grants you additional rights, we will honor those too. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
This website is intended for adults — professionals evaluating our services and adult Medicaid members and their caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Client engagements are different
When we perform member-outreach work for a health plan or agency, member data is governed by that client's contract with us — including a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where PHI is involved — not by this website notice. See how we deliver for our engagement-level safeguards.
Changes
If we materially change this notice, we will update this page and its effective date.
